Confirm Where to Start

VPNJN’s marketing pages cover plans, route details, and documentation. Your account, orders, clients, and subscription content are all managed in the user panel. Before you begin, open the user panel and keep this page available as a reference. Complete one stage at a time to avoid mixing up subscription content, client files, and route selection.

The process does not require you to enter server addresses, protocol ports, or authentication parameters manually. Once an eligible plan is active, the user panel provides a subscription entry linked to your account; after the client reads it, route names and configurations are added automatically. The example address shown on this page only illustrates the format, such as https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. It is not a usable subscription and should not be copied into a client.

If you have already installed a similar client, first check where its existing configuration came from. When importing a VPNJN subscription, create a separate subscription entry instead of overwriting configurations you still need. This makes it easier to identify which subscription a selected route belongs to when troubleshooting, and to update or remove it independently.

Create an Account and Open the User Panel

Click “Start Free” below to open the account creation page. VPNJN does not require an email address; enter a username and password you plan to use long term. Use a unique password combination and store it in a trusted password manager, since these credentials protect access to your user panel, orders, and subscription details.

After submission, the page will open the user panel or ask you to sign in again. Once inside, check that the top or side navigation includes “Account Overview,” “Buy a Plan,” and “Download Client.” The account overview is the main place you will return to; plan status, subscription access, and usage information are shown there.

If the page says the username is already in use, return to the form, choose a less common username, and submit again. If you remain on the authentication screen after signing in, check that the username and password were entered completely, then refresh and retry. If you still cannot access the panel, visit the Help Center for account and subscription guidance instead of creating multiple hard-to-distinguish accounts.

Choose a Plan for Your Usage

On the plans page, first distinguish monthly subscriptions from data packages. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB, with data resetting monthly on the activation date. If you regularly use international websites, collaboration tools, or streaming services, choose the tier that matches your typical usage.

Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. They suit irregular usage or anyone who wants to keep data available long term. Since the two options use different billing models, decide whether you need a predictable monthly allowance or prioritize a long-lasting data balance.

After choosing a plan, click “Start Using” or “Choose This Plan” to send the order to the user panel. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Complete payment as shown in the panel and wait for the order status to update. Do not repeatedly submit the same order after paying; if the status does not change promptly, check the order section first.

When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. If you are unsure of your usage, start with a plan suited to your current needs and adjust it after reviewing actual consumption. All plans support unlimited simultaneous devices, but subscription content should still be kept secure when sharing an account.

Get Your Subscription from the Account Overview

Once the order is active, return to the account overview. Find the subscription section, which usually includes options to copy the subscription, import it into a client, or view usage status. The content shown there is linked to your account and should be used only for your own devices, not posted on public pages, chat groups, or shared documents.

After clicking the copy option, do not open the subscription in the browser address bar. Switch to the VPNJN client, open subscription management, choose import from a link or clipboard, and paste the copied content. Whether a browser can display the subscription text does not confirm that the client is configured correctly; check whether the client generates a route list.

If the subscription entry is not yet visible in the overview, first check whether the plan is active and refresh the user panel. If it still does not appear, open the order section to confirm the payment record. Do not use a public subscription found through a search engine or treat the example address in this guide as a real configuration. Get both the subscription and client through the VPNJN user panel.

Import the VPNJN Client by Platform

VPNJN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. This page focuses on the main steps for common desktop and mobile platforms. The logic is the same everywhere: get the VPNJN client from the user panel, open subscription management, paste the subscription content from the account overview, update it, and choose a route. Do not download similarly named files from unofficial pages or edit subscription configuration fields manually.

Choose a Route and Verify the Connection

After importing the subscription, choose a route near your current location. Common route types include IEPL, transit, and direct connections. As a beginner, you do not need to compare every protocol and parameter; start with the client’s default protocol and rule mode, then test a nearby region such as Japan, Singapore, or Hong Kong. If a service has a specific regional requirement, switch to the appropriate region.

After clicking Connect, wait for the client to show that the connection is active. Then open the VPNJN IP Lookup page and check whether the exit location matches the selected route. If it matches and commonly used websites open normally, the subscription, route, and system network configuration are working.

If the client shows connected but the exit location has not changed, disconnect and reconnect first, then confirm that the active subscription is the VPNJN subscription you just imported. You can also restart the client, refresh the subscription, and test another route in the same region. Do not run multiple clients with the same network-control role at once, as the system may send requests to the wrong configuration.

If one website remains inaccessible while other sites and the IP lookup work normally, the issue may involve the service’s regional rules, login state, or cache. Avoid changing many client parameters at once. Try another route in the same region, then see Connection and Troubleshooting. Keep Your Subscription and Route List Updated

For daily use, you do not need to import the subscription again each time. Open the client, update the existing subscription, confirm that the route list loads normally, and connect through a suitable region. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Local client statistics may differ from the user panel, so rely on the account overview for remaining data and plan status.

If a route temporarily fails to connect, update the subscription first and try another route in the same region. Return to the user panel and copy the subscription again only if the subscription entry has expired, was deleted accidentally, or cannot be updated. Frequently deleting and rebuilding configurations makes troubleshooting harder and increases the chance of selecting an old subscription.

When changing devices, repeat the process on the new device: get the client, copy the subscription, import it, and verify the connection. Keep subscription content only on devices you manage, and remove the subscription configuration from devices you no longer use.
